About this Course

The whole family is welcome to join in! Register just one family member for this special online hands-on Music class! Come sing,dance, and play with your child as we experience the wonder of music together. Move to the beat as we wiggle and sway. Explore melody and rhythm through singing and hands on instrument play during our "jam sessions". Miss Shawn is a classically trained vocalist with a background in music education. Music helps build a child's sensory development, literacy and coordination. Best of all, music is fun! Mixed age classes are developmentally appropriate and allow siblings to enjoy class together. Supplies needed: 1) Shakers (or beans or rice in a sippy cup or a little plastic Easter egg taped shut, or anything that makes a shaker sound) 2) Rhythm Sticks (or two wooden spoons) 3) Musical instruments (or pots, pans, spoons, lids) 4) A Scarf 5) A Stuffed Animal
