About this Course

This is a training class to prepare players for team tennis, leagues and tournaments with a focus on learning the fundamentals, strategies and techniques, both mental and physical, on becoming a solid singles and doubles tennis player. This class is for players with experience playing with Orange dot and Green dot balls looking to participate in team tennis.
