About this Course

Join this fun, interactive ONLINE class! Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance moves, creating a fun, effective fitness program. These dance moves give you a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and giving you a boosted dose of energy for your day. It is recommended to sign into the online class about 10 minutes before it starts to ensure you are all set for the fun class! The instructor will be emailing the registered class participants with a unique class link and password.
