All divisions will feature a Round-Robin style tournament with a 3 set guarantee. Medals will be awarded to 1st / 2nd / 3rd place winners. First Place finishers in each division will receive a 3 month complementary membership to the host location. 2nd place finishers will receive a 1 month complementary membership to the host location. Please note registration is BY TEAM!! This is a NON-REFUNDABLE Charity Event. Players can make substitutions to their teams all the way up until the start of the event to accommodate for injuries or schedule conflicts, but refunds will not be processed. Every effort will be made to delay matches and play the tournament out over the two day weekend should inclement weather occur. Additional Rain make-up dates are not guaranteed.
